They did not explain all the details at the time I engaged them. After the initial acceptance of my manuscript, every time I tried to do dealings with them, they asked for more money, this continued every step I took (more money required). In the end I had extended my budget to its fullest, and I had to drop out. My dream was totally destroyed. I was conned out, and have to accept my stupidity at getting caught up in this scam. User's recommendation: Avoid like the plague.
