8 hours ago I bought a tickets for all my family, I call them course I been trying to cancel my flight, as I couldnt fly anywhere. I been told, they not doing any cancellations , but the policy says fee cancellation if you do this in 24 hours, and Im perfectly in time , but not today, not now , Spend nearly 1 hour without results. I been told very quickly: someone gonna call you in 3 hours, and then they drop the phone , as the know tomorrow I wont be able to do anything, as 24 hours will be gone. Very poor service User's recommendation: No recommendations. Poor service. Strongly not recommend.
