My complaint is that you would charge me 50 dollars for canceling a mistake I made trying the rent a car from and call to cancel it right away and got the run around to do so and along with that you are telling me that got to saint 30 days to get the rest of my refund. I will never use Economy rent a car has or will I recommend them to anyone. User's recommendation: Make sure you read and check over everything, even when you thing you checked off something make sure it dose not come back and stick you.
