To amend a booking
Poor customer services. Unfortunately, illness doesn't work around your 48 hr time slot. The reason for travel was because a member of my family became seriously ill and worsened at the time of travel, which is why I needed to rearrange. I contacted Irish ferries and if I had booked with them direct they would have amended the booking on payment of the amendment fee. Direct Ferries are being very harsh under the circumstances. My relative has now passed away. User's recommendation: Would not recommend very poor customer service.
