The absolute worst mortgage servicing company I have ever dealt with. I am a 40 year real estate financing veteran and I can tell you that the employees are completely incompetent. Their concept of calculating payments seem to be derived by elementary school children and not until brought to their attention do they even acknowledge same. If by some chance you do get a return call it is always weeks after attempting to communicate with them and by then it's too late to handle the matter at hand. User's recommendation: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
