I have had constant problems with Entouch and TiVo system for the last year. I have had service technicians out to the house on many occasions and it usually after e have been without TV for over a week. The current problems started over a week ago and I have been unable to get assistance from EnTouch. The telephone response system has on multiple occasions had me waiting over 45 minutes just to have some dim wit on the phone tell me they are having technical problems, they are sorry, and then not even make me an appointment. Can't believe how horrible their service is, it really sucks!
