Tires keep falling off

Every other time we use our riding lawn mower the left tire falls off. We have tried to get the company to helps us resolve the issue and they keep telling us there is not a problem that they know of. We have had this tractor 3 years and it has happened from the start. Very disappointed and upset with this company.DO NOT BUY
