Tired of calling and emailing and not getting my refund

Purchased glasses I decided to return. Return was processes and got an email that said I would have my money in 2-3 business days. Seven days latter, I sent an email and they replied saying they would manually request another refund. Since then, after I sent 4 more emails, with no reply, nothing. I finally got a hold of somebody on the phone yesterday. Guess what? Nothing!!! User's recommendation: Absolutelly not.
