She told me to clock out for back talking and asking another coworker why he was leaving me on the line. She “thought” I was mad at her for telling the boy that was helping me on the line to do dishes, which I wasn’t. I didn’t even hear her tell him at all, I was too busy building and making orders. I notified her earlier in the day “hey I’m not in the best mood” She asks me “is there an issue” IN FRONT OF EMPLOYEES out loud and I tell her “no” and she says “well you’ve been having an attitude ever since I asked him to wash the dishes” I had no idea she even asked him. So she’s arguing with me in front of employees instead of pulling me aside like a normal manager would and yelling at me and tells me “I don’t like the way you’re talking to me, you can clock out” So I clocked out and notified the GM of the situation and tells me to get back on the line, so I proceed back to the line, she comes back on the line with me cussing at me (a customer as my witness on google reviews), talking about me in a angrily manner, telling me I’m lying and she’s was talking really loud. So I told her you cannot talk to me any kind of way, she tells me “I’m the manager I can talk to you any way I want” So I clocked out because she kept taunting me and yelling at me in front of customers. Long story short, Tina the Manager at Taco Casa Irving threatened me. My brother as my witness. She tells me to clock out so I did and I ask her to give me my paycheck and she brings it while my brother was next to me and tells my brother what happened and I ask her why she was cussing at me earlier and I was telling her that’s very unprofessional and she says “I mean we can go outside and roll if you want” which is a threat. I should’ve got it on video tape of what she said. Very disrespectful. We’re not animals, I don’t condone violence what’s so ever. Her and I are human beings, you never threaten somebody, she was rude and I have witnesses.
