Time taken to repair faulty watch

Hi, In early January 2021, I returned my Tudor watch for it to be checked as it was running incorrectly. Three months have now passed by and I have had no updates from the dealer, other than Tudor have stated it will be a warranty repair. This watch has turned out to be a huge disappointment and is without doubt the worst watch that I have ever owned. Please can I have an update on what is happening? The watch was sent to AMJ watches in Newark, England.
