Time delay between delivery & received text

So apparently my order was delivered at 9:30 am. Did NOT receive text of delivery till 10:10 am. Why such a delay with this?? That is over an 30 minute delay!?! WHY?? Plus am NOT pleased at all that you cant leave delivery instructions!! Pretty much all other delivery companies you can! Why do you not have this?? Rethinking whether to order online anymore from businesses using this company! Already posted once about delivery issues and NEVER heard a thing from LaserShip! User's recommendation: If you need to give delivery instructions-forget it!
