I buy a ticket flight for date of 26/06/21, they cancelled the flight but never told me about, so I was at airport and from there I find out about the cancellation of the flight, poor quality of getting in touch with costumer service, finally I received a call from eSkay, and they agreed to change the ticket for next flight that is on 28/06, but still not received notification with the new ticket flight, so I lost everything with this flight, very bad choose to use eSkay , now what should I do?
