Tiger Direct Refuses to Issue me a Return #

I have used Tiger Direct over the last 10 years and was a satisfied customer. I had an issue with an older computer, I odered 3 upgrade items. I decided I needed a new computer instead. It took over a week to get the return number for the first 2 items. For the 3rd item I was informed that it would take 7 to 10 days. 11 days later I was told it would take 2 weeks.I am now over a month. They have put me on hold and hung up on me 4 time this morning. Do not do business with this company!!! User's recommendation: Do not do business with Tiger Direct.
