Purchased tickets to a concert as a gift to grown children in from out of town for scheduled event. Covid cancelled and company refuses to refund, only will provide credit. I will never use the credit yet they refuse to provide refund. Attitude is so sad, too bad, we can't afford it. Also, customer servics non existent. You will never get a rep, only a sms link to chat. Horrible, wretched company and a real scam. Stay away from these people.
