I purchased two tickets from this agency for Three Days of Rain at the Apollo Theatre. Whilst their website told me the final price of the tickets, what it failed to mention was the actual amount of their commission on the tickets. For selling me two stalls tickets they added a massive £25 to the face value of the two tickets. When i rang to complain that this was not clearly displayed on their website, nor was the face value of the tickets, she hung up on me. As this was a treat for my daughter, I felt compelled to keep the tickets but honestly, this is a total rip off.
