Tick wasn’t valid

I purchased a ticket for January 22-23 **** and once I got to the event the ticket wasnt valid so I had to pay out of pocket to get into the club once I emailed eventbrite about the situation to get a refund I wasnt able to get a refund for the event I will not order another ticket through they stupid *** website they customer service sucks
