Thry jsve yet to resolve the admitted mistake they made, they issued the recipe for $50 and 1000 entries to the erong person. The promised to fix their mistake, I am very disappointed

I was not issued a receipt for my $50.00 neither the 1000 entry numbers for the 2021 Porsche 911 Sweepstakes. Omaze and I have exchanged email correspondence, Omaze (Ms. Marcelle) explained Omaze sent the receipt to lidyet@***.com in error. She suggested they cancel the entry, refund the $50.00, resubmit the $50.00 for entry in the correct name. I have yet to be informed that Omaze has resolved their mistake. I cannot understand the delay. I'm very disappointed, considering Omaze has always rendered reliable service User's recommendation: They must do as they promised.
