Update by user Apr 08, 2019 Left with a faulty product since August 2018, Supa Glazing Limited have shown no interest in solving. Last visit by the surveyor who checked, took away two draught excluders and left on our floor, said he would call manufacturers to resolve, heard nothing since. Constant chasing and recorded delivery letters, heard nothing back. Update by user Apr 08, 2019 Three recorded delivery letters highlighting issues to date. I can only echo what others have said previous, the complaint handling is by far the worse company I have ever come across. The salesman (mike) gets the sale and shows no interest when things go wrong, sounds like most roll over to Mrs Jones who clearly micro manages ever thing. Unprofessional office staff, most would never survive five minutes at a professional company who know how to treat customers. Thankfully my CCTV caught the action. Just when you think the dreadful Supa Glazing Limited experience cannot get any worse....well it just has. Supa Glazing Limited are NOT part of an ADR Scheme or members of GGF, Checkatrade, DGCOS, Fair Trader. What does that tell you.... make sure you use a reputable company instead. Those who are having trouble with Supa Glazing Limited or another glazier company for that matter, you can officially in writing report to the company they are governed by, who will investigate further on your behalf. The best option is to report to the Trading Standards (Medway). You can also speak to the Goverment run team of people who give ‘advice’ and then lookup how to report a ‘live company’, again that too is investigated and taken very seriously.
