I ordered three items from their online catalog on 5/7/20 for $50. They never sent an invoice or order confirmation email. Two weeks later I inquired about my order status via their contact us portal (no contact phone #) because it still showed "processing". I got no reply. Next time I tried to check status their website was no longer accessible as my virus protection software blocked it and labeled it a threat. I tried to go into my acct on my Android phone and as soon as I entered my password on the Xzonesi.com website I got a Google security alert to change my password and never use it again due to data breach. I sent three emails to notify them of canceling my order through PayPal, still no reply. Then I opened a case with PayPal to get my money back as their buyer protection is the only viable recourse. What really gets me is how is PayPal vetting the "businesses" they contract with to use their payment method. User's recommendation: Do not purchase anything from this online seller or affiliates as you will never receive it.
