Our experiences that are shared with other owners as well: This product is nothing like they describe it. They lay on the pressure for you to buy for a reason. Once you sign you are stuck with it no matter what happens. They told us this amazing deal would go away if we did not decide right then. That is emotional terror as they act like this was some amazing investment that would give us so much value in the future and would save us so much money on vacations. I can guarantee it does not save you money. Whether you get in to use it or not, you have to pay, that is throwing away money. They also leave out important details about extra cost and fees that make it even more costly than they layout for you. We also were given some " free" vacations that were not free at all. That was just thrown in to get us to sign, but when we went to try to use them The costs were from $200-$1,000 That is NOT EVEN CLOSE TO FREE. That in hindsight is this company in a nutshell. Full of make-belief. Not reality. Oh and another thing, they told us that this was risk-free because they would buy back unused points. We tried to take them up on this and they refused to honor that and said " we don't do that" So they not only blew up this ownership but full-on lied to make a sale. Trust is out the window with this company for us and the fact they do not care that they lied to us speaks volumes for the type of company they are and the service you will receive as a peon. Ruth Padilla Responded to my Complaint and she told me that she understood how I felt but they have to go by the documents we signed. Even though they lied about the contract it is still valid. I told her we purchased this Because Ryan the salesmen told us there was no risk in buying because we could sell this back. But that was not the case. She said she understood but they go by the contract There was nothing in the contract that states that they do not buyback. Nothing.. so what is her argument? She has none. I asked to speak to someone higher up and she said she was it; which is why she was trying to reach me. I told her she should honor what we were told and that verbal contracts are just as valid as written contracts and they should buy this back and charge it back to the sales guy then for lying. That would teach him not to lie. She said they again go by the contract. Again I repeated there is nothing that states they do not buy back the program. This company is not very professional. They offer no condolences or anything. We have used this only about 5 times since 2009, They owe us an apology for their treatment of us in my opinion. As long as nothing happens when they lie then their people will keep lying. How they are allowed to keep selling these to people in this manner just blows my mind. This should not be a legal binding document since they lied about the particulars in our decision. They said because we signed something that states mo matter what was spoken the contract is what they go by but. They do not mention something that counters them not buying it back. They still refuse to honor that. User's recommendation: You can not trust this company as far as you can throw them.
