I have complained NUMEROUS times on the receipt surveys about my local Jack in the Box. Things still are not better. The Gibson and 215 location is my neighborhood establishment. And no matter what time of day I go, is it a guaranteed 30 minute wait, wrong order, missing items, special items messed up, rude staff, well more like under qualified. The food is ALWAYS cold, and this really should be fixed or shut down. I can't believe you guys run and allow your business to be run this way. It is so sad. None of my other complaints have been answered. So that tells me, you care very little about the overall satisfaction of your customers. Thanks.
