Stuck in my house for 30 days waiting on a driver to come out and pick up a return. Every day I get an e-mail saying they will be there today, and they never are. Finally, after 30days they show up and try to tell me they can't drive up my driveway. Well, he drove halfway up and then back down. If he can do that, he can come all the way up!! Now he wants me to drag this 300lb bed down to him!! They had no problem driving up my driveway to deliver it, they need to be picking it up, Im not the one getting paid by the delivery company.
