I got a refund on this non reloadable mastercard like 4 mons after i bought something with it and then i misplaced the card i wasnt expecting to need it again anyhow now its been 4 or 5 mons now of contacting customer service first time they said theyll send me new card in 30 days 2nd time they said theyll send me a check in 30 days 3 time they said nope cant verify your identity have to call equifax and confirm address i tried to go online to confirm my address it wont let me in my account i tried resetting my password like 100 times ans each time it says username and password do not match so i called them and asked them to reset my account so i could log in they said try it from a computer so i did and guess what it did the same damn thing 5 mons now i still have no resolution and i cant even email them i have to call or snail mail anyone got any advice i was thinking of sending them a nice little letter with a copy of my birth certificate and drivers license to confirm my address and identity then what can they say im sure theyll think of something to keep them from giving my my money back 80 bucks they owe me im pissed screw paypower no more non reloadable cards for me now i use moneymarts reloadable mastercard shudda done that in the first place
