They KNOW that the families will pay ANYTHING just to keep that family connection. So they offer a service that is overrated, under service, an extremely overpriced! They know that they can offer you the WORST service available for the highest cost because of the Monopoly they have on the prison industry. This company pays commissions to the state or the facility that uses its services which can total up in the Millions! User's recommendation: Take a stand against Prison Phone Gouging!
