You cannot get a Cover from them in 5-8 weeks as stated on the web site, they are 3-5 months out to deliver one to you. IF you pay the Expedite fee, then you MIGHT get it in 2-3 months! if you bail out, they hit you with a $150 fee. Take a look back at ALL Complaints on google and BBB, they ALL SUCK for this company, they have been giving the SAME excuses since last June! They have not source another supplier for their Foam shortage?? they cannot hire more people to catch up??, they are in FL, the never shut all the way down!! they just want the fees! BUYER BEWARE, this company and its owner are just BAD To the Bone!! If anyone knows the DA in Clearwater FL, this is a SLAM DUNK CASE to prosecute them!
