We were stopped on the street in surfers Paradise, over 30 yrs ago. After a rushed talk papers basically thrown in front of you all rush rush. We have hardly used our Beachcomber Coolangatta yearly week anywhere as you can never get inespecially overseas. Total scale and impossible to sell even give away, we have been trying for yrs. My latest experience booked 3 weeks ago for Coolangatta I was having operation in Brisbane going to recover there before surgeons check-up. Covid locked everything down so cannot get there . I admit I did get angry after told if you don't get there you loose it money plus week.I said I'd put on social media she said won't effect her I didn't take out insurance my problem. Weddings, flights any respectable business show compassion with Covid no one can control that. Everyone except Time-share. Have compassion. DISGUSTING but typical from them. If a class action ever gets up and running please include us. Paying every year for a service that a rip off on a pension is really stretching or budget and mental health. Hopefully something will happen against this company as its destroying lives and families .
