This company is managed by liars an crooks, we have been promised a refund on a defective product return for many months and they just supposedly keep elevsting ittoa higher level and each time we get

Returned air fryer power 320 to vendor due to poor level of performance, they received it on March 8 and originally denied they reviewed it until I proved it with fed ex documentation, promised check in 15-20 days after one month I started calling every day an finally they escalatedthe refund to a supervisor and she promised a refund in 5-10days after 2 weeks we started emailing ang calling every day and now they just dont respond any more, I am going to send a registered letter to Keith, the owner andtell him how his company operates , I bet he has no idea that customers are treated this way, what a bunch of incompetent prople
