This company debited my checking account over the amount agreed upon for a payment agreement and refused to return the funds to my account.
I set up a payment arrangement with Eversource to make deductions from my checking account in paying on my electricity bill and my account was debited 953.23 which was the enter bill and spoke with customer service who had deleted this payment stating that the computerized system does not recognize the automated payment agreement. I have went back and fourth with my bank Bank of America to address this issue only for Eversource to refuse to return the phones back to me. User's recommendation: Don't set up automatic payment agreements with this company.
