Currently, a CU member and had to use FC because of CU's strict policy on used vehicles. Got a decent used car interest rate with FC but not one person knows what the other is doing. Attempted to set up by weekly auto withdrawal payments, and you'd swear they never heard of such a thing??? Hello, it's 2021 banks actually do bi-weekly payments. Couldn't set up over the phone, had to be sent a form and when we sent it back they were like what is this??? Then they started taking payments out before the authorized beginning date and tried to get me to make A PAYMENT AND A HALF!!! Said they didn't see a payment pending and tried to get me to pay more, then said they'd stop the payment that, you know, THEY DIDNT SEE. So bizarre, no two people will give the same information. this???? User's recommendation: Attempt to get your information confirmed.
