I took the ring to the store with my complaint and told them I was very unhappy and wanted a replacement. They sent it off and polished it and replaced the missing stone and was told I need to bring it in every six months to have it serviced in other words have it repolished User's recommendation: not to buy from kay or there family of jewlers.
