Think carefully……

I am presently on hold on 2 phones to get someone at customer service to cancel my services. i am within the 30 day trial period with money back guarantee. looks like i'll be on the phone for 30 days to get a response. GEEZ!! this is so stupid. i will not try them again. do NOT try them. not reliable at all. User's recommendation: stay with AT&T.....
