I tried to delete my profile on 2/1/20. I even sent you all emails on how to do it. I tried it your way and it didnt work. Now as of 2/3/20 you charged my acct 40.00. I have not been on the site since the first and I didnt ok a renewal and I want that reimbursed on my card and my info deleted please.
