Hello, I was wondering why its taking so long to receive the products I have bought. I am a VIP and want to know if something is on back order or not? We should be told this right away if its on back order or not. I have on order at least 5 orders. Just wondering what taking so long? Going on vacation and don't want products sitting on porch.
