I paid $100 for them to do an assignment only cause I’m in a cast and can’t write. First email said it would done in 24 hours and the guy had 6 years programming experience. 24 hours are up and it wasn’t done, so I gave them a little extra time. 3 days later, it still wasn’t done. Their chat rep kept saying expert needs more time. Really? A programming expert w/ 6 years exp needs more time? *** So I asked for a refund and the chat rep kept saying expert needs more time and I would get my assignment in a few hours. I kept telling them no and kept on asking for a refund. Their chat rep called me irrogant, asking why I wanted a refund, and then proceeded to tell me no for getting a refund. Those a*holes still took the money out of my account and never sent me my assignment. They took my money for a service they never completed. As far as what happened with my assignment, I got an extension and did it within a few hours and I’m a novice at programming. Do not go to these guys for any help. They promise assignments done in 24 hours and days later, still isn’t done, and they will take your money without completing anything. They are f*ing pieces of crap.
