They’re not my cup of tea

When I went in there on Thursday, April 1st, 2021. I was told that my account has been closed. My boyfriend has paid off my loan from Woodforest, i also have the letters from them. It's been paid off. Believe me, I've kept all the letters from them. Then Danielle said to me , ' they will send you a cashier's check. ' All I want is the cashier's check like what was PROMISED TO ME User's recommendation: Not worth.
