THEY WONT TAKE BACK MY LAPTOP AFTER 5 WEEKS

I ordered a Lenovo V330 for school mid-January 2019. The thing was having issues right away. I didn't even use it that much. Maybe once or twice a week for 2-3 hours at a time. Three weeks into owning it would freeze. A blue Windows error screen would pop up saying: Critical Process Died. I shut it off and let it rest for a couple days. This happened 3-4 more times afterwards. Now I can't even turn it on. This is 5 weeks out. I contacted them in early March 2019 and tried to return it. They said it was past the 30 day return period and to contact Lenovo. Lenovo won't take it back. They said it's under warranty and that they would repair it. I literally do not watch this piece of *** This is the 2nd Lenovo I've used and both are horrible. Also, when I called Lenovo they said it was refurbished. Tiger Direct was advertising it as new. Do not trust this company. You will never get your complaints heard or issues resolved. I've been going back and forth with people on email. I've called both Tiger Direct and Lenovo to file a claim. I'm not getting anywhere. I am $600 in the hole and have a computer that won't even turn on. I feel like I've been scammed. Especially after reading that other people are experiencing the same problem.
