we terminated our service with Cintas after 5 years of decent service. They wont stop. No matter how many times we call, write or contact to tell them we terminated service in July of 2019 they keep sending out their people. They have stolen carpets that we have paid for. Our staff has caught them walking around in our supply room. They just will not stop! They also keep invoicing us. Unbelievable company! poor customer service User's recommendation: Try Aramark. they have issues as well, but once worked out they provide good service.
