They won’t give me the warranty that came with my Costa Del Mar sunglasses

I have been a die hard Costa sunglasses fan. I had my favorite pair on and leaned down to tie my shoe, they fell maybe from 4foot high, and it snapped the middle of the sunglasses. My Costas had a lifetime warranty, I am done with Costa Del Mar unless they change their mind. User's recommendation: Maui Jim.
