They wont give information to Trustee of the Smith Trust regarding payout of my deceased mothers Annuity

To it May Concern; My sister and I are is the Trustees to Smith Trust. Joan Smith passed away March 10th, 2021 and my sister, Donna has been handling the fiances and particulars for the other beneficiaries. But to no avail she has been to say it in he words “ getting the run around with this company”. They claim they can not give her any information for my siblings they needed her to complete another form with her with missing numbers, regarding this Annuity. They claim they can cannot discuss claim status information with her for privacy purposes. Company Name: Sentinel Security Life Insurance Company PO Box 27248 Salt Lake City UT 84127 **** W 2200 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84119 Phone # 1-80*-***-**** Ext 8282 Policy number 0140100**** Joan Smith DOB: 12-13-1934 They have copy of Death certificate, Joan Smith SS# 138-26-**** This is her run down of her contact with said company Beneficiaries are Debbie Daniels, Glenn Smith, Phyllis Pylant, and Donna Evans, they have all all of their completed forms since the 9th of April.: Claims mailed on 26th of March,. They stated they received them 9th of April, and that the processing the claim would take 10 Business.: Called on these dates at to the process of claim status on : 5th of April, 8th of April,19 of April, and the 20th of April, was told someone would get back to me. In calling in I was on hold approx 30 min to an hour before anyone would pick up the phone. On the 3rd of May Speaking Anne she stated my claim had not been allocated to a processor yet, but she would put a rush on it to a processor. On the 3rd of May Katielynn emailed me and informed Donna that her form was missing her Social Security Number. So she completed another claim form with SS# & emailed it to her 3x. On the 6th of May Donna called again speaking with Jessica who stated Katie Lynn was on the phone, and she advised Donna Jessica did not receive her revised claim form, but that she could resend email claim to her, Katie Lynn at KFinau@***.com she would convey it Jessica. Donna sent another copy of her claim form to Katie Lynn’s. On 6th of May Katie Lynn confirmed she was in reciept of the copy of the completed claim form and she was getting it to Jessica. Donna requested that Jessica to send confirmation she has the newly filed form, As the 8th of May still has not received a confirmation from Jessica as I requested in multiple emails to her to confirm she received my claim and to inform me of an estimated date I should receive the pay out for the Estate.
