I have been trying to get my Airline Flight REFUND since December 2019. I provided Them with All the necessary documentation, emailed Them for assistance to Refund my Flight Ticket Multiple times with No success, I tried to repost my Ongoing attempts to get my Refund, on Google Chrome now They Blocked me. They have stated They don't have the Document. Then they stated that they had the document and would help me. Unfortunately they did not follow through with their promise, and they have not Refunded my money. This Company is Not Honest or Reputable. They have HORRIBLE Customer Service on ALL Levels. They Will NOT REFUND my Flight Money regardless that I Followed All their Requirements/Requests, and I am still waiting for my refund now almost four months. I have many emailed them. I called them multiple times, but they have not assisted me nor have they refunded my money. They are NOT a reputable and honest Company. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer. User's recommendation: Avoid doing business with thus company.
