Never recieved card. Thought it was getting taken in mail so changed address to safer one. This put a freeze on my account(not with twc, they never question my identity) they are holding at least $3400 of mine and have caused me to lose my storage unit (over $4000 of items) plus my home ($500 security deposit plus $800 to move) faxed info multiple times at my expense ($40) no answer no money. I paid taxes on money i didn't recieve and lost my business, personal items ect memoribillia, clothes ect User's recommendation: Do not use reliacard. No customer service. Uncalled for holding of funds.
