THEY ARE ABUSIVE AND THEY ARE LIARS. I, along with, all of the other complainants have been scammed---I spent $2, 000.00 for a trip---covid happened, and now they are not holding up to their word of refunding my money. They won't even offer me a voucher because they have offered a voucher to so many other customers but now the word is out that the vouchers are a scam too. So they have thousands of dollars of mine and keep telling the same lie that they will call back and they don't. I have been calling and emailing for months and BENJAMIN keeps on telling me the same lie ("someone will call you back because I don't have authority to refund money").
