They value sellers over buyers
Is this just me or do they always take the sellers’ side over the buyers’ side? I had three issues in 2 months where the dispute was over who was responsible for the incorrectly placed order- me or the seller? I never won the case. They have this arbitrage system where the online platform decides who was wrong, and, in the case it was the seller’s fault, forces him to refund me. In all case they went to defend the seller and to blame me. Apparently, they do not care about us customers.
