They use word Similar to mean depreciation

Multiple issues installed remanufactured parts which they say they can as the word similar means they can do that or even use used parts as similar is similar is parts the age of my vehicle not similar to a new part. There isn’t anything mentioned this warranty has a Dep factor in parts and it’s misleading by using the word similar. Needless to say the part broke
