They told me they cancelled my order and still charged me.

Update by user Jun 11, 2020 it has been a month and they STILL have yet to give me my money Original review posted by user May 11, 2020 After multiple attempts to contact them, I finally got ahold of someone who told me they would cancel my order so I could buy something that would arrive before mother's day and I could expect my refund back in a few days. That was a week ago. Now I received an e-mail saying they had to push my delivery back to July. Clearly my order was not cancelled and once again they missed the scheduled call that I had made an appointment for on their site. I will not be using this company again and do not suggest anyone else pick them. Buy from anyone else. User's recommendation: Go to helzberg or zales.
