They suck at customer service.

I ordered a deer feeder in July and was told 2 weeks to get it. After 3 weeks I opened an investigation because I had not heard from anyone on the status of my order. They said they needed 3 business days to find out what was going on. I was finally told that the Vendor was out of stock and would be another 6-8 weeks before delivery. I said that was unacceptable and wanted compensation. To no avail, I called the Corporate Office and the woman on the other end made excuse after excuse. She told me they never sell back ordered product or take advance orders. When I told her that the exact deer feeder I ordered was still for sale, and showing delivery in 2 weeks, she said I was lying and would not assist any further. User's recommendation: Don’t order or do business with them. They have ruined Cabelas.
