“they stole my giftcard without paying me”

I wasn't able to complete the online form; I tried to go back a page after entering my gift card number, then tried contacting customer service to cancel the transaction, called and emailed repeatedly but no one ever got back to me. Usually with online forms you reach an end point where you're able to know that you completed the transaction, but their form just took the card info in a heartbeat; I don't think this is right. They had my name and email but never paid me at all.
