I paid my yearly membership toward the end of February 2020. I had left knee surgery the first week of March and froze said membership until I could use facility. They closed temporarily two weeks later due to the pandemic. Now the Vallejo facility has closed permanently as well as phone lines and corporate does not return my emails. I need a facility like this for my all over body physical therapy as I have disabilities. The returned money would help me join the new City Sports being built in Vallejo. 24 Hr corporate is a BIG THIEF and needs all of us to get together and sue for our money. I NEED THAT MONEY. TO MY UNDERSTANDING, STEALING IS AGAINST THE LAW. Sure wish City Sports would contact me. User's recommendation: DO NOT JOIN ANY 24 HOUR FITNESS FACILITY.
