BEWARE !!! DO NOT BUY FROM INCREASINGSHOES, COM of Brooklyn, NY. They sold me three pairs of shoes that look great but fell apart in 3 Weeks. The soles separated from the body of the shoe because they are glued together and although the say the shoes are leather, my shoemaker said they are all plastic. One pair I left in the box and when I took them out I say that the soles were separated from the tip of the shoe, in the box before I even put them on. The shoes were cared for and never set foot in the rain. The customer service agent admitted they have this problem with many of their shoes, but there was nothing he could do. I wanted the shoes repaired or replaced, but he said the company policy is to offer a free pair with my next purchase of shoes. I wrote two letters to the company office in Brooklyn, NY, requesting my 3 pair be repaired, but the letters were returned to sender Not At This Address.
