So I purchased a Maytag washer added the tree year protection plan and set up a pick up date. So I rented a truck when the day came to pick it up they sold my unit to someone else. To my knowledge that’s illegal to sell something that belongs to me, so they pushed another unit a Kenmore telling me it’s the same unit just relabeled. WRONG!! The Maytag has more features. So the store manager lied to me about the unit price and specs. So I called in and they said they received another Maytag and that I can purchase this one. I went into the store and the manager Tiffany did not communicate with her workers about the situation. At this point I’m frustrated. They had me pay additional for the 3 years plan and I’ll receive a refund back in 3-5 days never received that. So at this point I set up a delivery for my Maytag and they delivered the Kenmore. Mistake number two! I’m very upset with this whole purchase. The lack of professionalism and customer support. They couldn’t even compensate me for my time and money I spent to pick up the unit I originally purchased. I contacted corporate and filed a complaint and they told me they’ll call me in 24-48 hrs it’s been 5 days HORRIBLE
